摘要:
在美国文化语境下,高等教育问责是一个高度复杂的概念,体现了应答诉求、透明技术、控制过程与改进行动的多重意义,构成了多样化的问责关系。在实践情境下不同问责意义结构自身及其相互之间,存在着一系列内在张力与深层挑战。凸显问责的责任之维,从主体、结构与理念三个方面推动高等教育问责改革的责任转向,可以为引导问责走出现实困境提供一条建设性思路。
Abstract:
In American culture, higher education accountability is a highly complex concept that embodies the multiple meanings of responding to demands, transparent technology, control processes, and improvement actions. It constitutes a diversified accountability relationship. In the practical situation, there are a series of internal tensions and profound challenges within and between different accountability structures. Highlighting the responsibility dimension of accountability and promoting the responsibility shift of higher education accountability reform from three aspects of the subject, structure and idea could provide a constructive approach to guiding accountability out of realistic dilemma.
