摘要:: 新时代以来,立德树人成为教育现代化进程中极具中国特色的标识性概念;教育强国建设在推动教育科技人才一体统筹发展基础上取得了阶段性进展,发挥了支撑引领中国式现代化的重要功能。全国教育大会站在党和国家事业发展全局的战略高度,以新时代大教育观全面总结了教育事业取得的历史性成就,系统阐释了朝着建成教育强国战略目标扎实迈进的科学方法、关键要素和实施路径。这需要我们创新性坚持和运用马克思主义系统论思想,深刻理解立德树人本体功能和根本任务,辩证思考置身于国家战略体系中的教育强国战略。

Abstract:: Since the new era, “fostering morality and educating people” has become a fundamental concept with distinct Chinese characteristics and a defining concept in the process of education modernization. The construction of a powerful country of education has made phased progress, playing an essential role in supporting and leading the modernization of China through the integrated and coordinated development of education, science, and talent. The National Education Conference, from a strategic perspective of the overall development of the Party and the country, comprehensively summarizes the historic achievements in education and systematically explains the scientific methods, key elements, and implementation paths to achieve the strategic goal of building a powerful country of education. This requires us to adhere to and apply Marxist systems theory innovatively, deeply understand the inherent functions and tasks of “fostering morality and educating people”, and dialectically consider the strategic construction of building a powerful country of education within the framework of the national strategic system.
