摘要:: 民办高等教育是中国特色高等教育体系的重要组成部分,在全面提升人才培养能力、服务经济社会发展中作出了重要贡献。同时,民办高等教育发展与建设高质量教育体系、国家战略和区域发展的需求还有距离。基于商业模式画布九个模块全面深入系统地分析发现,中西部民办院校的商业模式亟需优化,需更加重视应用型人才培养;优化学科专业;提高教育供给与劳动力市场的匹配度;增加低收入居民的收入以提高教育付费能力;发挥现代化产业体系就业引擎作用,缓解就业压力;聚集卓越教师队伍;完善开放合作机制;树立乙方思维,注重客户需求;增强抵抗民办高等教育系统自身“熵增”的能力等。

Abstract:: Private higher education is an important component of the higher education system with Chinese characteristics, making significant contributions to the comprehensive enhancement of talent development capacity and the advancement of economic and social development. Nonetheless, a discrepancy persists between the development of private higher education and the demands of establishing a high-quality education system, national strategy, and regional development. An extensive and systematic analysis using the nine building blocks of the Business Model Canvas indicates that the business models of private institutions in central and western China require substantial optimization. This includes a greater emphasis on vocational talent training, optimization of academic disciplines and majors, improvement of the alignment between educational offerings and labor market demands, increasing the income of low-income residents to improve their educational affordability, leveraging the employment engine role of a modern industrial system to relieve job market pressure; assembling a distinguished faculty; refining open collaboration mechanisms; adopting a customer-centric approach; and enhancing the resilience of the private higher education sector against its intrinsic “entropy increase.”
