摘要:
道德想象力作为一种特殊的想象力,是蕴涵道德价值和道德意蕴的想象力。道德想象力因其对行为后果“道德效应”的清晰把握,可增进个体在事前责任中反思自我、关怀他者及与群体共生共益,继而自觉自愿承担相应责任,此正契合道德教育的价值指向和社会使命。而当个体在事前责任中缺乏道德想象力时,或将导致“我我”迷失、“人我”冷漠、“己群”离析,以致个体事前责任日趋式微。由此,道德教育应以克己慎独、依偎同情、重拾认同等程式化育道德想象力,对于纾解个体责任式微具有显著的道德效益。
Abstract:
Moral imagination, as a special form of imagination, is an imagination that contains moral values and implications. Due to its clear grasp of the “moral effect” of behavioral consequences, moral imagination can enhance individuals’ reflection on themselves, care for others, symbiosis and mutual benefit with the group in prior responsibility, and then voluntarily assume corresponding responsibilities. This aligns with moral education’s value orientation and social mission. When individuals lack moral imagination in their prior responsibilities, it may lead to the loss of “me”, indifference of “people”, and separation of “self group”, leading to the gradual decline of individual’s prior responsibilities. Therefore, moral education should cultivate moral imagination through formulaic methods such as self-restraint, empathy, and identification. It has significant moral benefits in alleviating the decline of individual responsibility.
