教育数字化转型是一个系统性过程,不仅发生在学校内部,也发生在社会生活的各个层面。数字化转型在提升教育效率、拓展教育场景的同时,也引发了现代化风险。本文采用了田野民族志的研究方法,对生活在农村-县城-城市不同社会发展区域的祖-父-孙三代人进行观察和访谈,从普通人的视角阐述数字化转型带来的教育现实问题。研究发现数字化转型期的教育实践主体面临困境、混乱、妥协、矛盾与冲突等多种困扰,并进一步构建了数字化转型期教育主体技术异化问题的分析框架,从四个关键进程的视角提出了数字化转型期现代化风险的消解与治理策略,包括接纳数字化转型过程中的过程性偏差、明确治理主体与治理对象并设计治理规则、构建智能技术治理体系、开展数字化转型风险防范的教育社会实验等。
Abstract:
The digital transformation of education is a systematic process, not only within the school but also at all levels of social life. It improves the efficiency of education and expands the education scene, but also triggers the risk of modernization. The research adopts the research method of field ethnography, observes and interviews three generations of grandfathers-fathers and grandchildren living in different social development areas of rural-county-urban areas, and explains the practical problems of education brought about by digital transformation from the perspective of ordinary people. The study found that the main body of educational practice in the period of digital transformation faces a variety of difficulties, chaos, compromises, contradictions and conflicts, such as the huge gap between technology possession and resource use, the alienation of the identity caused by the subject’s shuttle in the fusion of virtual and real, the traditional power subjects such as parents and teachers begin to transfer their educational power to technology, the individual growth of students and the development of thinking show the two extremes of the development of things, and the huge conflict between formal education and non-formal education. The study further constructs the analysis framework of the technical alienation of education subjects in the digital transformation period, and puts forward the elimination and governance strategies of modernization risks in the digital transformation period from the perspective of three key processes, including accepting the process deviations in the process of digital transformation, clarifying the governance subjects and governance objects and designing governance rules, and carrying out educational social experiments on digital transformation risk prevention.
