摘要:
文化和文明本身就是涂层,具有保护、装饰和炫耀功能。作为文化分析的维度之一,文化涂层能够统合物理、化学、哲学、审美、技术、工艺、情感等多层意义,发挥对文化研究与建设的提醒和整理作用。在物质相对富裕、追求审美和装饰的智能时代,形式主义、技术主义和效用主义等单边逻辑的扩张和盛行引发文化涂层过度、不足和失衡等问题。运用哲学研究范式和结构主义方法研究学校文化涂层的概念化、结构化和格式化问题,对进入3.0时代的学校文化建设具有理论价值和现实意义。学校文化涂层是学校文化建设过程和结果的一种相对可见和可控的文明状态,包括物理涂装、行为修饰、价值叠加、假设兴替,具有强弱分明的特点。学校文化涂层概念化包括对涂层现象和经验的抽象化、对学校文化涂层定义的操作化、对学校文化涂层知识的体系化、对学校文化涂层问题的具体化,意在构建学校文化涂层理论雏形。从学校文化结构化成层过程和机制看,三重价值选择机制奠定了学校文化基质,三层记忆转化机制积累了学校文化涂料,三种博弈机制确认了学校文化涂层主体及其涂层权。学校文化涂层格式化强调清除无必要成分以释放空间,对必要成分进行分类归纳和分区整理。涂层整理包括涂层前整理和涂层后整理,依据视觉-听觉装饰、显性-隐性文化、有用-无用管理三对分区逻辑进行,坚定地强化和扩大学校涂层的正义性与正当性、合法性与合理性,全力建设当代学校文化的先进涂层。
Abstract:
Culture and civilization are themselves coatings, which have the functions of protection, decoration and display. As one of the dimensions of cultural analysis, cultural coating can integrate multiple meanings such as physics, chemistry, philosophy, aesthetics, technology, craftsmanship, and emotion, playing a role in reminding and sorting out cultural research and construction. In the age of intelligence with relatively affluent material and the pursuit of aesthetics and decoration, the expansion and prevalence of unilateral logic such as formalism, technocracy, and utilitarianism have caused problems such as excessive, insufficient, and unbalanced cultural coatings. Using philosophical research paradigms and structuralists’ methods to study the conceptualization, structuring and formatting of school culture coating has theoretical value and practical significance for the construction of school culture in the 3.0 era. School culture coating is a relatively visible and controllable state of civilization in the process and in the results of school culture construction, including physical coating, behavior modification, value superposition, and hypothesis replacement, with distinct characteristics of strength and weakness. The conceptualization of school cultural coating includes the abstraction of coating phenomena and experiences, the operationalization of the definition of school cultural coating, the systematization of school cultural coating knowledge, and the concretization of school cultural coating issues, with the intention of constructing the prototype of school cultural coating theory. From the perspective of the school culture’s structured layering process and mechanism, the triple value selection mechanism has established the school culture substrate, the three-layer memory transformation mechanism has accumulated the school culture paint, and the three game mechanisms have confirmed the school culture coating subject and coating rights. The format of the school culture coating emphasizes the removal of unnecessary components to free up space, and the classification, induction and partitioning of necessary components. Coating arrangement includes coating pre-arrangement and coating post-arrangement. It is carried out according to the three divisional logics of visual-auditory decoration, explicit-recessive culture, and useful-useless management, and firmly strengthens and expands the justice and legitimacy of school coating, making every effort to build an advanced coating of contemporary school culture.
