本科生工程实践能力是高校工程教育培养过程的关键指标,也是高校工程教育培养质量的重要标志。但当前本科生工程实践能力普遍薄弱,能力培养面临着全面发展观与技术至上论的争议、技术性能力与非技术性能力的分裂、单一线性情境与复杂劣构情境的矛盾、标准孤立分散与能力交织协同的割裂等问题,针对当前工程实践能力的培养争议,本文提出了从利益相悖到多元共治、从显性课程到隐性课程、从扁平理论到立体情境、从独立分散到协同整合的培养逻辑。

The cultivation of engineering practice competencies of undergraduate students is a key indicator of the cultivation process of engineering education in colleges and universities, and an important mark of the cultivation quality of engineering education in colleges and universities. However, the current engineering practice competencies of students is generally weak, and the cultivation of competencies face the controversy between comprehensive development view and technology supremacy theory, the split between technical ability and non-technical ability, the contradiction between single linear situation and complex inferior situation, and the fragmentation between isolated and scattered standards and interwoven and collaborative reality. This paper puts forward the cultivation logic from conflicting interests to multiple co-governance, from explicit curriculum to implicit curriculum, from flat theory to three-dimensional context, and from independent and scattered to coordinated and integrated.
