摘要:

本文着重讨论未来建设学院建设的两项重要任务——高水平教师队伍建设和未来技术探索和研发。在高水平教师队伍建设上主要讨论教师队伍总体和个体要求，教师选拔和聘任、教师团队建设、教师的职业发展、教师研发能力的提升等方面；在未来技术探索和研发上主要讨论未来技术探索和研发的目标和作用、未来技术研究方向的确定、如何开展未来技术探索和研发、如何构建未来技术研发平台等方面，以期为相关院校开展未来技术学院建设提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:

This paper focuses on two essential tasks of constructing the future technical college: the construction of high-level faculty and the exploration and research of future technologies. On the construction of high-level faculty, the paper mainly discusses requirements on the overall faculty team and individual teachers, the recruitment and appointment process, team construction, teachers' professional development, and improvement of teachers’ research and development ability. Regarding the exploration and development of future technologies, the paper mainly discusses the objectives and functions of such activities, how to determine the directions and carry out future technology research, and how to build future technology research platforms. The paper provides references for relevant colleges and universities to carry out the construction of future technical colleges.
