- 关于大学内部治理，治理模式研究较为常见，多偏重于权力分配、文化治理等。比较而言，从治理方法论取向角度剖析的并不多见。本文通过对结构主义、制度主义、行动主义三大维度的考察，揭示了不同大学治理取向背后的逻辑假设、利弊优劣，利于大学治理变革更好地向前推进。
- Abstract:
- Studies on universities’ internal governance models usually focus on power distribution and cultural governance rather than the methodology of governance. By a comprehensive exploration from the perspectives of structuralism, institutionalism, and activism, this paper reveals the logical assumptions and the pros and cons of each methodology, which benefit the innovation of university internal governance.
