摘要:

心理健康教育是学校德育、思想政治教育的重要组成部分。以国家大中小“思政”课程体系中《道德与法治》《心理健康与职业生涯》《大学生心理健康》等课程为蓝本，系统阐述了在国家课程中单独或部分设置心理健康课程的教学实践，详细分析了在国家课程体系层面设置心理健康课程的目标与任务、思路与特点、核心素养与教学内容以及课程实施建议。在此基础上，提出了国家层面“心理健康教育课程化”的建议与对策，即心理健康教育“进政策”“进课标”“进头脑”和“进课堂”。

Abstract:

Mental health education is an important part of moral education as well as ideological and political education in schools. According to the national “ideological and political” curriculum system in all learning stages from primary and secondary to higher education, such as Morality and the Rule of Law, Mental Health and Career, and The Mental Health of College Students, this paper systematically expounded the teaching practice of setting up mental health course alone or in part in national curriculum. Meanwhile, we analyzed in detail the objectives and tasks, ideas and characteristics, core qualities and teaching contents, as well as the recommendations for mental health course implementation at the level of national curriculum system. On this basis, suggestions and countermeasures of “mental health education circularization” at the national level were further put forward. That is, the mental health education should be “included into the policy”, “added into the curriculum”, “put into the mind”, and “introduced into the classroom”.
