摘要:

提升科技创新能力，掌握未来关键核心技术是中国从大国迈向强国的关键。以培养未来关键核心技术领军人才以及探索和研发未来关键核心技术为主要目标的未来技术学院建设是时代赋予高等教育的历史使命，是高等学校，尤其是学科专业优势突出、综合实力强、创新成果显著的高校应该承担的一项重要任务。本文在分析未来技术的内涵和属性特征的基础上，分别从未来技术学院建设必须具备的建设基础、需要准确把握的建设目标和建设原则、需要落实的保障措施等四个方面展开讨论，以期为相关院校开展未来技术学院建设提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:

The key to China’s transformation from a major country to a powerful one is to enhance its capacity for scientific and technological innovation and master the key core technologies in the future. Future technical college construction (FTCC)’s main goal is to cultivate the key core technology leading talents in the future as well as the exploration and development the future key core technology. FTCC is a historical mission endowed by the times to higher education, and it is an important task for universities, especially those with outstanding discipline and specialty advantages, strong comprehensive strength and remarkable innovation achievements. Based on the analysis of the connotation of future technologies and properties characteristics, the paper discusses respectively the construction foundation FTCC must have, the construction objectives and principle FTCC need to grasp accurately, and the guarantee measures FTCC need to implement, in order to provide reference for the related universities to carry out FTCC.
