摘要:
改进科学是一门基于循证研究来甄别真实改进问题的新兴科学,近年逐渐被推广到教育领域,为教育改进提供了新的理论视角和方案,促进了教育的进步。通过理论梳理和案例分析,本文从改进过程中的首要问题——甄别改进的“真问题”出发,对如何发现教育改进的真问题以及如何科学地解决教育改进中的真问题进行了深入剖析。本文强调,树立科学的问题意识,即在以循证的科学方法下深入了解现象发生的环境和背景,透过现象看本质,不断地对现有问题进行科学甄别和反思,发现问题的真正根源,是在改进过程中防止“隔靴挠痒”的重要手段,也是教育改进能够对系统问题“对症下药”的基本前提。通过对国内外一系列教育改进案例的回顾和分析,本文总结认为:树立正确问题意识对教育改进有重要作用,并由此对教育改进的设计提出了以多维视角甄别问题的要求以及“以改进者为中心”的指导原则,尝试为中国乃至世界教育改进的探索与发展提供理论参考。
Abstract:
Improvement Science is a newly emerged science centered on problem-identification through evidence-based research. In recent years, it has been gradually promoted in the field of education, and provides new theoretical perspectives, methods and technologies for educational improvement. From the analyses of related theories and cases, this article tackles the first fundamental problem in the process of improvement: the identification of real problem, then analyzes how to diagnose real problems in the improvement process and how to solve them scientifically. It pinpoints that the awareness of problem-identification through deep, evidence-based investigation into the environment and background of a phenomenon-examining the essence of the phenomenon, continuously and scientifically diagnosing and reflecting on current problems, locating their original roots-is a key approach to avoid tiptoeing around superficial problems and a basic premise of authentic targeting at real, systematic problems in the improvement process. After analyzing and reflecting on a series of educational improvement cases in China and abroad, the article concludes that the scientific awareness of problem-identification plays a critical role in educational improvement, and the authors of the article expect that the design of educational improvement meet the demand of problem-identification with the Multiperspectival Approach in addition to the principle that is centered on the improvers.All of these are to serve the purpose of providing theoretical implications for the exploration and development of educational improvement in China and globally.
