摘要:
综合性大学教育学科开辟了一条不同于师范院校的发展理路,服务大学成为其核心题旨,然而学科发展与服务大学之间并非必然统一,二者在目标、逻辑、供需方面的冲突使得教育学科在综合性大学的发展遭遇瓶颈。矛盾中潜伏危机,但也蕴含张力,如何从矛盾当中寻求发展?教育学科在综合性大学的发展,是学科发展与服务大学同谐共振的关系生成过程,二者之间的张力在于在服务学校和学科发展之间寻找一种更高程度的和谐性。以服务学校滋养学科生成,以服务实践逻辑弥合学科理论逻辑,以复杂性思维统合多学科视角为学科发展与服务大学提供了“并驾齐驱”的可能性空间。
Abstract:
The education discipline in comprehensive universities has opened up a different development path from that in normal universities, and serving university has become its core mission. However, the development of discipline and serving university are not necessarily unified. The conflict between them in the aspects of goals, logic, and supply and demand bring bottlenecks to the development of the education discipline in comprehensive university. Crisis lurks in contradiction, as well as tension. How to seek development from contradiction? Looking back on the development of the education discipline in comprehensive universities, it is found to be a process of forming the harmonious relationship between disciplinary development and servicing the university. The tension lies in finding a higher degree of harmony between servicing university and disciplinary development. The possible space for the in-line advancement of disciplinary development and service to university could be built up by nourishing the generation of discipline through serving university, by bridging the theoretical logic of discipline with practical logics, and by integrating the multi-disciplinary perspective with complex thinking.
