摘要:: 新时代赋予了知识经济发展的新逻辑，也启示了建设学习型社会的新路向。知识经济在应对学习碎片化问题和降低学习成本方面提供了解决方案，并通过知识生产创新和学习方式变革推动学习型社会建设。然而，学习型社会的公共属性与知识经济的市场机制存在龃龉，对知识经济不加甄别地利用将可能带来社会公平失衡、市场风险和学习泡沫等问题。为了避免学习型社会的知识经济之路走向歧途，需要在强化知识价值统一、市场环境建设和恰当的知识产权保护等方面加强治理，促进知识经济健康发展的同时加快学习型社会建设进程。

Abstract:: The new era stimulates new logic to the development of knowledge economy and sheds lights on a new direction for building a learning society. Knowledge economy provides solutions to the learning fragmentation problem and the demand of lowering the learning cost, and promotes the construction of learning society through knowledge production innovation and reform of learning mode. However, conflicts exist between the public nature of the learning society and the market mechanism of the knowledge economy. Therefore, applying the concept of knowledge economy without discrimination will bring about problems such as social inequity, market risk, and learning bubbles. In order to avoid the road of knowledge economy going astray in the learning society, it is necessary to strengthen governance in the aspects of the integration of knowledge value, market environment construction and appropriate intellectual property protection, and promote the healthy development of the knowledge economy while accelerating the process of building a learning society.
